Meet Rachel
After years of progressive technical experience working for a large state university system, I made a bold decision to venture into the private sector, specifically focusing on working with small and medium businesses. It was during this journey that I had the opportunity to witness firsthand the transformative impact of IT on the SMB space, as I served as a managed service provider and the sole IT professional of a successful software development company. In the midst of this experience, a glaring realization struck me – small and medium businesses were lacking the empowerment to fully harness the vast array of tools and resources typically available to enterprise-size companies. This realization fueled my determination to bring about change. Armed with over 10 years of industry expertise, a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, a Master of Science degree in Computer Science, and an MBA, I am committed to revolutionizing the technical landscape for our customers. My ultimate goal is to create streamlined, scalable, and uncomplicated IT solutions that effectively tackle the unique business challenges faced by small and medium enterprises.
